How fast can you take over from our current vendor?+

Most boards transition in 14–30 days. We handle the walkthrough, COI submission, and the first month's photo baseline so the board has documentation from day one.

Do you sign our HOA management agreement or yours?+

Either. Our standard MSA is one page and most managers approve it as-is, but we'll redline yours and turn it around in 48 hours.

What happens during weather events?+

Snow and storms run on a separate dispatch queue with 4-hour response. You get push notifications when crews are en route and photo verification when sites are cleared.

Can owners request services directly?+

Only with board approval. We can stand up a private owner-request portal for things like extra trim work, with all charges flowing through the association — never billed direct to owners.
