1. Acceptance
By using SimpliLawn you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SimpliLawn connects homeowners with independent service professionals. SimpliLawn is the technology and operations platform. Pros are independent contractors and not employees of SimpliLawn.
3. Pricing and payment
Quotes are locked in writing and charged after each completed visit. Recurring service can be paused or canceled at any time without penalty.
4. Quality guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 72 hours. We will send a different pro to redo the work or refund the visit.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpliLawn's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
