How long does a typical install take?+
A bed refresh wraps in a single day. A standard design-and-install runs 2–4 days on site once the plan is approved. Whole-yard builds with grading and hardscape are usually 5–10 days.
What's actually in the fixed quote?+
Everything that touches your property: design, plants, soil amendments, hardscape materials, labor, disposal, and clean-up. There are no allowances or day-rates hiding in the back.
How does the two-year plant warranty work?+
If anything we planted dies in the first two seasons from normal causes, we replace it free — including the labor to swap it out.
Do you handle the permits?+
Yes. For hardscape, retaining walls, or anything HOA-reviewed, we pull permits and submit your ARC application as part of the project.
